Effective 11/25/2011, and after 24 years in both the pony ride and latter the petting zoo business I, and the animals are retiring.
And NO, before you ask, I am sadden to say there is no other animal business that I would feel comfortable recommending.
I am not leaveing completely. Next year I will be starting a consulting service for PTA/PTO's carnivals on how to do a better job and make more money.
Also I will be teaching pre-schools on HOW to be gentle to animals.
